We are delighted to share that on 7 November, our community members had the opportunity to connect face-to-face in the beautiful city of Sofia!

The event was an incredible opportunity to strengthen our connections beyond the digital space, share valuable ideas and experiences, and discuss new projects and future initiatives.

It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of personal connections and the importance of fostering a strong, engaged community.

The meeting was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the National Organisation of Customs Agents of Bulgaria (NOCA). As part of the meeting, a practical conference “Customs of the Future” was held. It included two panels:

– Panel 1. Challenges for customs agents
– Panel 2. Digitalisation of customs processes

The official ceremony and gala dinner to celebrate the 25th anniversary of NOCA were also held successfully.

Many thanks to all who participated and helped to make this meeting such a great success.
