Sorry for the late reply, but I just now had time to read the whole article. Congratulations to both Tony and Enrika, as always they provide us with interesting and useful information.
Regarding Bulgaria, I would like to share that at the moment, unfortunately, we do not have an officially formed Customs Consultative Committee, and I cannot say why. However, the voice of business reaches the customs authorities through the various trade associations, incl. and through that of customs brokers. To what extent this works effectively is up to you to guess :)

After familiarizing myself with this concept, I am considering holding talks with the director of the Bulgarian Customs Agency and possibly convincing him of the benefit of a similar initiative, in which various interested parties would be involved in a broader format.
Regarding the wider partnership at the EU level, I think that through the CKC we are already moving in this direction
