Mark is a Customs, Excise & VAT Consultant in the UK. He was originally an Officer in HM Customs & Excise, and he now advises and trains companies in Customs, Excise & VAT issues. Mark’s business is called PORTCULLIS ISC, and he deals with the EU and North America as well as with the UK.
