I hope you received responses pre-Christmas and hopefully there was a suitable one for you. I’d like to share my experience.
In Lithuania as a small country we have only one software provider – no choice. But the price and service is ok, nobody is complaining. They cover only Lithuania.
I also have experience in Germany. Around 10 years ago, there was at least one provider which had a service suitable for a small company/volumes. Later on that provider was purchased by WiseTech and the terms changed to what you are experiencing now.
In the Netherlands, it might be a good idea to check Portbase website https://www.portbase.com/en/, if you haven’t done this yet.
