My travel plans are as follows:

WED:

• Arrival later in the evening at Novotel Airport Brussels (by car). Easy parking …
• Hence, I will not participate in having a drink.

THU:

• I’ll show up directly at REGUS for the CKI meeting.
• After the meeting(s) I will depart directly (but with open end), meaning I will not participate in the planned dinner, but I will still be available after the official part if need be for individual meetings :-)
