In response to Dale’s message, it is perhaps ironic that in the US, there is a Foreign-Trade Zone at Port Canaveral, Florida, serving the space sector, meaning that products to be launched into space, including satellites etc, may be manufactured under Customs control in the free zone. In this case, the sky is definitely the limit! One must wonder at what altitude Customs jurisdiction ceases. Is it 12 miles up or beyond that?
