Hello All, our company got registered in the Polish government online system PUESC created for businesses to be able to get authorised for customs clearance and financial solutions provided by the government. At the same time we were using a special customs clearance software company Huzar which is an official software provider approved by the Polish customs. We had 3 tests of trying to clear e-comm goods by submitting H7 declarations and according to the online system all our declarations had been accepted and cleared but when our transportation company came to the customs point, the customs officials informed us that they could not identify our declarations in their system. We showed to them that all the declarations had been cleared but they kept on saying that there were not in their system and they could not proceed further. Is there any piece of advice why we are facing such issues when all other companies are doing fine?
