Enrika and I just had an entertaining CPD session on the topic of “Managing Mistakes in the Declaration”.  It generated some fascinating (and amusing) stories of interaction with national Customs officials and also discussed  the question of liability for the consequences of mistakes.

We think this would make a great topic for our next Podcast.  I know that many of you have hands-on experience of dealing with mistakes, trying to minimise them, correct them, and handle the consequences.  I would like to invite you to take part in the Podcast, either as a participant (we can manage two or three) or to suggest issues we should cover.
