Yesterday we had a meeting with the Bulgarian customs administration about a change they are preparing in the AEO monitoring methodology, but they also mentioned something that surprised and worried me – next week there will be a meeting in Brussels at the level of the customs administrations of the MS, where the question of the temporary storage period will again be raised. It can’t be 90 days, it won’t be 3 or 6 days either… The Commission has insisted on looking for a compromise option (maybe the previous period of 45/20 days, I don’t know).

I thought this page of “reform” was closed, but there will be surprises again…

Has anyone more information on this issue?
