    I will arrive the previous evening on 07.Feb. My plane lands at 7:05 pm and I will be happy to join the meeting for drinks as well as dinner on 08.Feb. I plan to stay the weekend as I have never been to Brussels and would be most interested in exploring it.

    Thanks a lot for organizing this event!

    My travel plans are as follows:

    WED:

    • Arrival later in the evening at Novotel Airport Brussels (by car). Easy parking …
    • Hence, I will not participate in having a drink.

    THU:

    • I’ll show up directly at REGUS for the CKI meeting.
    • After the meeting(s) I will depart directly (but with open end), meaning I will not participate in the planned dinner, but I will still be available after the official part if need be for individual meetings :-)
