Dear members,

We would like to invite you to join the CKI webinar ‘Export control and sanctions – day-to-day management’, which will take place on the 4th of May, 16:00 -17:00 CEST time and will be led by our dear CKC members Armin, Christelle, and Annette. More information and registration are here.

Moreover, please let me introduce Dr Ilona Mishchenko, who will take care of the CK community administration, while I will be on a ‘Maternity journey’. Ilona is a PhD in Law, and an associate professor at the National University “Odesa Law Academy” for the last 17 years, providing lectures on the Customs law of the EU and Ukraine. Moreover, she has 18 years of experience in research work on customs-related issues. Research interests: customs rules in Ukraine, the EU, and the UK including issues of the customs value, tariff classification, the origin of goods, and non-tariff measures in international trade.

I am glad that I could meet with great customs specialists in the CK community and want to wish everybody the best of success in their professional and personal growth.
